Around 1 month ago I purchased my first shoes from Puma and unfortunately it got broken, so I went to the store asking regarding warranty. At first I was informed that there are no warranty, but after some conversation I was asked if I have the receipt, which I did not, but I had a confirmation of the bank transaction, so they found my purchase in the system and I got the confirmation from the manager Sajawal to exchange my shoes to another model. Also Tun helped me with the choice.
As it is my first experience with Puma, such situation showed me that I can trust the brand.
