Never had worse experience with a real estate agency as I had in the past few days that I tried to sign a contract with them. They didn’t want to show me the contract and demanded me to hand over the cheques first telling me they will show me the contract later (seriously). After reading the “contract” I asked to add some basic details such as the maintenance coverage. At that point the agent became aggressive and refused to give me anything but “his word”. He was visibly frustrated that pressure and agression tactics doesnt work on me when I said I want to have a proper contract and written down all the necessities black on white. Meanwhile another tenant came to the agency yelling and visibly upset about the agency. Safe to say I dodged a bullet when I didnt sign anything.

babel tower 1 maintenance is non existent at all.
al kaloti office don't answer usually, but when they do...nothing happens.
the office manager only delay your request / complaint and very unprofessional.

When you call their office, the automated response always indicates that their business hours are 8:30am, regardless of the time of your call. Even if you call at 10am, you will be told that their office is closed.

Whoever managing this, is a big disappointment for the brand.
Weak management and manager.

Good Building to stay but The Management is Pathetic Specifically Mr. U..R Manager who will not co-operate with you on anything and very good in word Play.

They will hold your Security Deposit at least for 30 days and will give you false & fake reasons for it , even they will promise you Full deposit return but they will deduct 500 which They have mentioned in contract in arabic but they will not inform at the time of signing contract or before when you will claim your deposit, so kindly check the contract before signing and Don't Believe Mr. U..ar (Manager) commitments...

Worst experience. They do not bother to even come and look at the issues being faced from tenants. They would keep lingering issues until you are tired of complaining. Will not recommend anyone to stay at buildings managed by KALOTI REAL ESTATE

Maintenance service is pathetic. After several complain they are not even bothered to resolve issue. We are tired for this Real Estate. Al Kaloti is amaintenance free bldg, but they are not fixing issue after several complain. Refrain from thimmmmmmm

Worst employers. They do not give offer letter and labour card, work visa. They ask you to work without any documents. They switch from their words. Give less salary than what they offer at the time of joining. No professionalism
