3,5 stars for the building seems fair. Maintenance was impossible to reach within several tries, so we had to fix it ourselves after a month. A/C works, but doesn’t get below 22degrees. If you don’t have a tumble dryer, your washed clothes will not dry for 3 days, as it’s a very humid area. Apartment was nice, finishing of standard uae quality (which is not a compliment). I needed a ladder to reach into upper part of wardrobes and kitchen cabinets. Open kitchen was a huge advantage and it’s very nice for family time. Playroom doesn’t have “shoes off” policy, so my kids came out with soiled clothes, electronic ride-ons don’t have batteries, but the kids had a very good time. The problem is, that the area is locate in ladies part of the area, so dads have no way to take the kids there. Parking around the building is a big problem. Grocery in the ground floor delivers quickly.

Pathetic staff, Non respondent people. I recently started living here and it’s been 4 days and I already regret shifting to this building. The doors don’t work the water heater doesn’t work the paint is improper. A total mess.

Good building but very poorly maintained. Half of things doesn't work at all. Maintenance team is useless even after several complaints no one is there to attend. Pool side area is very dirty all the time.

It is what it says. A convenient convenience store. A smaller choice of everything you might need for cooking and cleaning, pets and kids food. Drink, tabacco, greetings cards, small gifts etc. Great staff.

Great shop for sweets the kids loves this shop also slush puppies newspapers and other bits you forget to buy from supermarkets. Friendly staff always happy to assist and help out.Great offers too .

A great little shop that offers everyday essentials. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and it’s open till late which is so handy.
