The food was excellent and they have a very big variety of different meals. I went back the next day with a friend but as a matter of fact the place was closed due to fire that destroyed the whole location ???? I wish them a real quick recovery so they can open again.

It's not true that money can’t buy happiness. I mean, have you tried buying meals from here? There cousines are best! try it.

Very very up setting food quality
Just Boiled Chicken and gravy on top
Chicken 65 made like Pasta with Sauce.

Highly recommend their shawarmas, they have decent evening snacks too. They deliver quick and they are friendly too.

Staff should go for shawarma training ???????????? just stuffed with boiled chicken and feels not fresh too but they named as spicy chicken shawarma. Price and quality not worth.

Changed recently from Lloyd's (2 doors away). Started off well now slipped. Long queues, nobody answers the phone & you don't always get a text to say meds are ready. Understandably busy but sometimes when waiting staff appear to not be interested. Hopefully things will pick up.

Always busy but they are always working hard as far as i can see. Best to go in the daytime midweek or later on (open till 10pm) if you want to avoid a queue. I have been using them for ages and never had any issues.

Went to try and buy something today, As I walked up to the counter the person being served was attended to and went. The assistant left the counter without looking or speaking to me. I waited for a while and then asked themif they had what I wanted. The other assistant just said 'No', there was no suggestion of something else to try or somewhere else to go.

I thought they were rude and unhelpful.

Great opening/closing times. Staff work hard. But some of the staff are incredibly rude. I thought their job was to help people, not make them feel like a nuisance.

I come in for monthly private prescriptions and drop them off. I’ve attempted to give them multiple chances as it’s in a convenient location for me, but there is always extensive waiting times.
I have left and said I would collect in a few days and then returned and it is still not ready. Waiting times have been over 45 minutes at a time before I’ve said I would come back on an alternate date.
On one occasion I’ve complained and the manager came over. He apologised, which I appreciated, however it was in such a way that made me feel like I was unwarranted complaining and making a huge fuss over nothing.
Staff are polite, but waiting times are incredibly slow and this is a really big factor for me. I’m happy to drop off a px and collect when it’s ready even if this means on another day, it just never seems to happen.

A huge thank you to the gentleman on the pharmacy team. My daughter needed an emergency supply of catherter bags ( her usually supplier had messed up her order and left her without any). He went out of his way to help and found her some as this is something they don't normally keep in stock. So very grateful for your help. We will definitely be using you for her future orders.

Don't answer phone calls. Repeatedly rang on different days and different times. Once when answered phone not polite - very abrupt.
