Subject: wake up call

Whenever we order packets of water it always takes 4 hours or more for you to deliver. You always do that to us even though your store is right next to our building. we always pay advance but it seems you don't want to deliver our water and those staff who answer the phone when we follow up, instead of apologizing for the delay, you are even more upset. if you haven't been called, you will not deliver. Is this the kind of service you want to impose? Please learn to take care of your customers.

If you have any comments, i'm just next to your building.

A decent place for your grocery shopping. Suggested not to make delivery calls, they have limited staffs so it takes time to deliver.

worst service always they don't deliver at time , always they give reason i have ordered so many times but this is the people alwz dnt deliver they take more then 1 hr...and today they are making 5 hrs for me horrible plus when you continue call them they say they forget ,best is to buy from other super market

Al suez supermarket branch 2 is located at Al Majaz 1 exactly back side of the Adnoc petrol station . All the grocery items are available. Also they offer home delivery . One of the leading supermarket with in this area
