I required assistance to help me lift some bags as I had a recent injury, the man behind the counter was very polite and helped me to my car and carried my bags
They have good value for money

I also witnessed someone being racist and was drunk which the old man just ignored and he got aggressive when the old man did nothing

This place is dangerous. The guy at the counter is lazy, aggressive and always looking for fights. Please be careful and report him to police when needed.

Is it possible actually to give minus 100 stars?
If yes, then this shop gets this "award".
The guy is soooooo rude in the shop. He is passive aggressive all the time and thinks it is okay to treat people badly.
I had two incidents there. First time I came, I was returning a small parcel. He looked inside and commented something like "worthless to return this stuff". I mean who are you to judge what is worth to return and what is not?
And today I already could not hold my anger and got into the fight with him. I entered and asked him if I could return a package to Amazon. He took it and it was just in plastic bag it was in and he started to scream at me that he can not return it like that. I mean I know that on Amazon Web page with return instructions is written that he should pack it for you and print the label. That is why I choose this place.
I told him so. Then he actually found an Amazon bag and thrown in my face. He kept saying "it is not my job to do this".
If it is not your job to do this, why are you a partner with Amazon? You make Amazon look very bad actually.
To make the story short I really hope, mate, that your miserable store burns down one night. You do not deserve to talk to people or have a business, because you have very bad manner and bad character.

Very much regretting the visit. Very rude guy at the till. Went for a parcel drop off and he sent me back. It's better to go to an alternate shop as the guy at the desk is very rude and the work u went for will not be done without a hassle. This guy at the desk is not even having eye contact while he talks.

Service ok depending on who you get behind the desk for paying.The obese guy is a nightmare. Never smiles,Will let some people pay By debit card and then refuse the next customer. Never chats except when hes on the phone serving customers. Very ignorant man.Other guy is fine.

Like others say, that guy behind the desk is not helpful, he tried to not accept my Amazon return because of the box, Amazon says actually we can return even without the box.

u200bA man so rudely refused to take cash because he can't be bothered counting coins. No face-covering even it is a law in Scotland to wear it.

I'm so sad to write this but I'm just so upset. I always say Hello, thank you, Good bye, I'm always polite and smiling and yet I have never heard the voice of the man at the till! Always just nods and show me a young man to talk to who also never says hello nor goodbye. I just don't want to understand this type of service.
