i had a bad experience, found myself in a very unfair situation and no one help, called them, send a video and did all possible things however, no one replied or even willing to listen to the concern. Thank you for the unfair treatment by Rafid agent.

We were in a stressful situation as we encountered a hit and run incident. When we arrived we were attended to immediately, where we explained our situation . The RAFID personnel and the Sharjah traffic police were very helpful and assisted us in a calm and pleasant manner reassuring us and helping us in finding the culprit. We thank you RAFID and Sharjah Traffic Police for your assistance and cooperation during our time of need. One of the best government services we have dealt with. I’m grateful for your great support

I never had such fast solutions ever in my life from any government offices. The mechanical fault was not mentioned in the first accident report after coming here got it added in very few minutes. Thanks to the officers and the Rafid Team to save my time.

They are unfair, the guy who bumped my car was local and clearly the fault was his but they really do everything for you to accept the fault. I was with my baby too so clearly I would drive carefully. Their ego is unbelievable, now thinking of not staying here anymore because of this situation. I agree on one comment here: Police officers are the ones that must be responsible for investigating car accidents and collisions, not a private corporation. The guy who responded to me is very bias, he even said it’s okay your baby is fine, you are fine and you can pay for the fine. It’s not about the money but it is about knowing you are right but since you are not local then you are wrong.

Extremely unprofessional and clearly does not know or follow traffic laws. I was involved in a car accident where it is more than clear that I was not at fault, and they never changed it. The amount of ego in them is unimaginable. The craziest part is that they know that I am not at fault, but they are willing to do whatever it takes to not change their report just because of extreme ego and not going against their own word. In addition, staff members at front desk are rude and jump to conclusion very quick. Police officers are the ones that must be responsible for investigating car accidents and collisions, not a private corporation. Unless you are willing to go to court and escalate your concerns, don’t even bother wasting your time because they won’t be helpful and you will end up receiving the most unprofessional service while getting an unfair treatment while also wasting hours of your time.
