If I have option to give them negative stars then I'll give them minus -5 STARS.
Worst and very bad services, non cooperative and unprofessional staff even owner is also not taking any action. At the time of settlement of studio flat they deduct 1,000dhs from deposit even they accepted that there's no damage and everything is fine. For clearance letter they take more than a month which is only a 15 minutes task to get ready. I lived there 3 years even one year they don't have owners documents for tenancy renewal that year our tenancy contract was renewed after 10 months passed. Not recommended to deal with them.

Mr. Shafiq and his entire team are very supportive and helpful. They have a wide range of real estate property to suit business and residential requirement and it is great dealing with them. Wish them all the success.

Lovely quiet open space to escape, dine, relax or simply chill out when in Lincoln
Located close to some historical old buildings
Plenty of waste bigs around. Shade & sunshine areas .
