Visited this branch all the way from my place to buy an Iphone which was on promotion. Double checked with their support team and the person whose contact was given to me by the support team if the product was on stock, and when I reached there, they were saying it's not available. Pathetic.
Update on 23.04.2023
After raising a complaint with the managers/supervisors, they managed to get a phone for me. They called me personally to give an update on this. So, overall, i'm satisfied now.
Checked their grocery section and I found the prices of most of the items are less compared to other hypermarket chains.

Congested hypermarket, slow cash counters, especially the fruits and vegetables counters needs to add more staff at peak hours. More ventilation is required, unpleasant odours inside. Few staff behaviour rude and impolite.
