Easy to get to and easy to get your car parked. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. No issues, just hand over keys and catch the bus.
The journey is longer to the airport than some parking companies I have used, but we had no issues. They run every 15mins and catching the return bus was quick and easy. Just phoned up reception and by the time we got out and to our nominated bus stop, then bus was almost there.

Great service, very easy process. The drop off procedure is very straight forward and the staff were friendly, nice large parking spaces for getting your luggage out the car. Upon arrival back at the airport, once we collected our luggage the process of getting back to your car was again very easy with a dedicated bus coming round to collect passengers every 20-30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Used to be such a great family company. Not now. Now rude staff. Cut costs and Use large buses so you have to wait ages to leave and pick up times are horrendous despite saying it’s on demand. When you chase the bus they just used the old line ‘it will be there in a moment’. It isn’t. Bud also drops and collects from both terminals at the same time lengthening journeys - avoid.

Quite convenient!
Left our car and key there (felt kinda uncomfortable with this to be fair) and caught the free shuttle bus to Gatwick.

Got back around 9pm, called them and asked for a shuttle bus which arrived pretty quickly.

Car was moved around I guess because it was outside already. No scratches/damage to the car.

Overall a pleasant experience. Shuttle bus was around 10 mins but saved money parking here. The long stay car park was going to be like a 7 minute shuttle bus anyway so I figured why not go a bit further away and save money?

Good service and really good value for money. Quickly dropped off our car on a Sunday morning, immediately there was a minibus to take us to Gatwick South terminal which dropped us off at a bus stop. On our return the following Saturday I called the office and a minibus turned up to collect us within 10 minutes. My car was safely parked and overall took less than 5 minutes to get on our way. Would use again.

Excellent service from all the staff car is kept in a secure car park and it's easy to find. The shuttle bus is very good and they can take alot of passengers in one go. On my return we only had to pay £10 more for overstaying due to our flight being cancelled last minute

Excellent all round. Safe parking, efficient shuttle service and nice staff. On our return, the bus driver was even giving helpful advice to customers of other parking companies, such as telling them where to catch their buses. Really impressive. Will use again.

Very friendly staff, reasonably priced. Car is safe. Regular transfers to airport. Traffic conditions based on time you are travelling can add to your journey as it is away from the airport. Each transfer serves north and south terminal.
