Never buy Elekta Refrigerator products . Extremely bad experence after sales Waste of money , time ,energy . Entire teams of Al Nahar must be be provided with professional trainings of Effective Communbications, Excellent Customer Service , Communications +Telephon+Email Ettiquetes & Ethics . Entire employees must be well trained professionaly with entire Products they offer and After Sales Service trainings . Most needed to upgrade Customer Loyalty trainings to have constructive productive long term growth in Buisness to earn reputed name in the local and International markets.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I purchased an iron steamer, it stopped working after a while, they didn't have a similar model, they refused to refund and insisted to give me a credit note that I need to use within 6 months to buy different thing! After arguing they told me "Go make complaint to Customer Rights"!!!!

They have good collection of electronics at affordable prices... though they don't have all brands but within their collection the prices seems fair for a brand new product with warranty
