Very bad Experience...Not Happy with service..poor service..specailly with there machine who is not listening to his supervisor and Customers Complaint..need to fix as soon as possible to gain some business othervise such a poor service i ever receive in UAE

There are two types of store in UAE.
Mordern retail (Carrefour, emax) and traditional retail.
If you are good at bargaining, you would try Plug N Point.

Beyond useless, Chasing with 4 emails and 10 phone calls over 3 days. They just hang up the phone and don't answer any inquiries. Terrible service, Surprised they're still open!

Very bad experience i have bought home appliances more than 10000 aed,. Washing machine was not working, no one will answer the phone, and the warranty is useless.
I have to go other service center.
Not an advise to go there.
