Is good very much ooen space, extra place for pray, many shop or space are vacant can be rented once its full rented it will be really a good location.
People who want start the lost cost business like garments, cafeteria,building matetials , spare parts, saloon can be start in same premises

Is good in location but not very popular in the market wise maybe be for the rent or is isolated place
Management should take care and analysis why the market not very popular to the people
That area always people complain most of the shop are closed beside alnahda centre because of rent if it us close for one year what they are getting I believe they should reduce the rent and give chance to people to hire the shop and start the business thsts way the place will be popular and later the owner slowly increase the rent that's best idea
