I used to order weekly from them. But as time goes by and I become more loyal, they become less helpful and less flexible. I order nearly every other day for someone or an occasion and if I ask for a simple change on the set up they advertise it's an immediate no and in a very rude way. This is the day I part ways with this undeserving business and give my business to a better customer service flower shop. Additionally the last set up they did was like they rushed in they want to finish with 5 min regardless the quantity is right the set up is nice. They got used to easy business.

We have ordered a gift for my daughter on June 10 th and we have been waiting for the same. It seems they have delivered to some building in sheikh colony. When we called the ferns and petals customer care that guy told he will check and get back but never bothered to call back. This is total nonsense. We pay and they deliver to somebody and till now he didn’t arrange or call back. Horrible servic

Always delivered on time and very professional customer service. Quality always good.
Tried to order from other companies in UAE however always coming back to F&P as competitors failing in quality, service and timings.
