Overrated Place!!! Good to go in winter you will find more water flow to enjoy the ride to this cave you must get a 4x4 because roads are in bad condition

It’s a beautiful spot which is not crowded at all when we went on a Saturday evening. One can reach this location by 2 ways. One from going to Khorfakkhan and going to this place or the other one is little shorter when you go from Dubai, which is through Sheesh park route. This route is little more off-road when compared to khorfakhan route, but though out we can see a beautiful, natural sceneries like deep mountains and water streams flowing on the road with cold breeze. One more thing is be prepared to see your mobiles to roaming mode, as it enters Oman.

Not a good place to visit during summer. Can see some tiny caves here and thats it.

Hey nice place to spend a day outside ( day out) . Nice stream flows. Need an SUV as way is not metal.speed is not priority.. BBQ can be fun n relaxing

This Nahwa Cave is a very popular and nice place to see. The rain water accumulated inside the small cave, appeared like a small pool. Easily accessible by sedan.

Nice place to visit do a BBQ, but clean up please!!!!.

Idk if the water here currently is safe to drink didn't try it, but it's quite clear.
Brought my own water to wash hands and drink.
The place has loose gravel so drive with caution as you could get stuck.
And the surface under the water isn't safe for any car or SUV as it will sink you in.

The cave itself not really interesting to see from inside, yet the area is nice, different nature than what we usually see, you can hike or have a road trip to that area like we did ♥️

good place to bring kids. there are swans, pigeons, geese, ducks . You can bring some bread with you and let the kids feed the bread to the birds. there are steps leading to the thames river and you can throw the bread from there
