I've called this practice 171 times, constantly engaged, then to be told I should have called the repeat prescription option (no option given)my terminally ill father needs morphine, the receptionist was abrupt and rude, just thinking of the elderly and people in need...The Doctors are amazing though...

Great doctor,but if you phone,BEWARE!
Very abrupt receptionist!

Can't even tell her prooblem before she hangs up on you.
If you have probs with speech because of disability do Not phone.
Been treated better by call centres!!
Have to call at least 15 times to be granted the privelige of getting an answer.
Either engaged or just rings out straight away

Doctors are sound if you actually have the perseverance and a few hours to spare trying to get through to reception.

The doctors were amazing when my dad and brother were both dying of cancer. The receptionists are another story.

Try getting through to them on the phone for an appointment. This is getting ridiculous.
