Incompetent Staff especially the malbari person who answers the call in the afternoon around 12 to 2pm as he hangs up on you if the order is too big and saying the delivery person isn't available. The delivery person is a serrated drama in his self.
Avoid the restaurant for food except the tea.

There are better cafetarias and restaurants around in the same land and the one behind it.

No matter how good is the food ,if it is served with a bad attitude of a staff than it not worth visiting . Will not order or come to dine in again .

I stay closed to their restaurant normal order takes 40 to 50 mins and the order taker should be the manager is very un professional / aragent if the management trained him or change him how to speak to the customers then it will be good. Over all is very bad thanks

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! You get quality food & a very good quantity. I highly recommend Al Musbah to anyone looking to order food online.

The timings are incorrect, they are open until 2am. They do not deliever after 12am because their delivery boy does not know the location of the building that is just across the road, and they stay open until 2am, keeping in view people cannot go out during these hours.

Phoned for a taxi for 4 and was told that one would be at my location within three minutes and true to their word the taxi arrived really quickly. The journey to Cockermouth was smooth and straightforward. The driver was polite and helpful. Cost of the taxi ride was £5/head which was really reasonable. Very swift response to initial call and efficient as well as safe service .

By far the best and most reliable taxi service in the area. With the most politest drivers and staff you could ask for while being the cheapest too. Won't use any other than Josie's

Mouthing off through the intercom because I put in some carrier bags from a house move. Shouting that they are not a removal service which I know, but in my defence it was a few carrier bags in the boot, the same as if I had done a big food shop. I'd understand if it was a lof boxes but it wasn't.
It made my 6yr old son (who is autistic) very anxious and upset.

Will not be using these taxis again, Sue's taxis are much more friendlier and brilliant with my son everytime so will be sticking with them in future.

Awful customer service.

After hiking up Scafell Pike and coming down the wrong way, we were an hour away from our parked car and had already taken two buses to get to Workington… This service saved us and got us where we needed to be and we are so very grateful after the day we’d had!
