The most amazing gym i went to until now the training and the trainer are perfect she is giving her all to the joiners and the prices are affordable i like it and hope who ever sees this would join and get the benefit ????????????

The best gym at shj for ladies and
the most hi lighted points are

* Professional training
* Caring the students a lot their concerns and privacy
* Supportive .. and Motivating the students to be active
* Have clear vision and will give how to maintain the body, diet etc.. which helps a alot.
* Place is clean and comfortable, privacy is cared a lot.Very good hospitality.

Over all to explain in one line is “Like No Other”

Very good and professional gym and Coach Jehan gives us a lot of positive energy and motivates us to do a lot of exercises I am really lucky to have her good luck ????????????????

this is best gym, the trainer jahan is the best trainer i have ever met she is so passionate about fitness she takes all her clients very seriously and design exercises and diet plans according to their needs. jahan not only helped me loose weight but also toned my body. God bless her
I have been to fitnest first but that turn out to be a garbage infront of this gym i wish i had known about this gym 3 years back.

Jehan is highly professional, friendly & motivational. She gives personal attention to everyone. Well maintained and Clean gym .I would recommend this gym and trainer for ladies who is looking good gym

Best Gym ever , Trainer Mrs jehan is amazing coach and really professional,

always the gym clean and sensitized, and you can find books to read and relax after gymnastics.

Really you will enjoy the time specially with aerobics exercises .

Yeh bahot he acha gym hai..zehan professional gym trainer hai ..mera is gym and professional gym trainer k sath bahot acha experience rha...she is professional gym trainer and all activities exercises very good... I love this gym..
