Best gym in Sharjah. The coach is very strong and I lost a lot of weight in short time. I’ll always stay here. I suggest this gym for u all.

I'm delighted that my mom has finally committed to going to the gym regularly because of the trainer and the enjoyable atmosphere. The gym offers a variety of classes including Zumba, aerobics, and belly dance, which has helped her maintain a consistent routine.

I have been looking for 2 years appropriate and comfortable place for me to train where I can have my cardio exercises, and finally I am too much happy finding it! This place not big but has a big heart and big care! Amal has a deep understanding of coaching and training, she has experience with any case of health condition of the ladies. Everyday different classes, interesting, funny and energetic powerful!All gym machine here especially for ladies body parts and muscles.❤️ I love it too much!

I've had a terrific experience at the gym with a motivated coach who is always encouraging and supporting me as I go there every day with a fresh set of exercises; no day has been the same. I'm inspired to come here every day and learn something new!????

Amal is awesome!
Her classes are super fun, energetic and she's a ray of sunshine ☀️
Not to mention she teaches Zumba, yoga, CrossFit, sticks, steps, aerobics, kickboxing, cardio, body combat and belly dancing for a totally reasonable price. I can already see the transformation with her workouts as they are super duper effective.
Five stars all around!! ♥️♥️

I’m in absolute love with the gym and my gym instructor- Amal. She’s full of energy, full of life and has this bright smile that’s so heartwarming. I joined to shape my body and to lose a bit of weight. I managed to achieve them both because of her constant push and regular classes. It’s been only 3 months. Apart from that, I love the place, the environment, the people that come here and technically, everything else. Everyone is so kind and giving. I enjoy every class, including our dance fever classes. The belly dancing classes with Maha are a plus point. I’d also like to add, I don’t see an improvement in my body only. I see a whole new person on an emotional and mental level. I couldn’t be more grateful! Love and light x ♥️✨

Lots of equipments in the gym for fitness.
Highly reccomend Ms. Amal’s classes as she is an amazing instructor. You will love it !!

I love the vibes and the environment in this gym it makes me want to go here every day the workouts are on point they made me look so athletic and the coach is very professional when ever I fell sad going to this gym makes me fell better❤️
