Had a great experience booking and they accept card payments when I forgot to bring my physical card on vacation as other companies only accept cash.

The only taxi company willing to help during school peak and they were early as well. The lady driver was a very safe driver and got me to my destination in plenty of time. Very good service

Absolutely shocking taxi service there attitude towards customers is disgusting. Some of the shoreline drivers are nice but the worst one is the lady that drives the black taxi car with the dark hair is as miserable as they come.

Had a problem as my son had lost his card in the cash machine. Had no cash to get to the train station. Butlins would not help. One call to Shoreline resolved the problem. They were extremely helpful, arranged transport and set our minds at ease by contacting us to say he had been picked up. 10 out of 10 for service and support. Cannot thank them enough

Very polite and professional.
Immediately got out of the cab to open the boot and the doors for us when we're carrying shopping and took the quickest route to our home.
