Clothing & Shoes: If you want to do budgeted shopping with a new trend collection- must visit the place, you can negotiate the price. This place is especially for men. A lot of shops are available on a single floor.

Affordable market for abayas.. but not much variety.
Designs are old comparatively.
Prices are less.
Still can reduce the price after a bargain.

Paid parking available near by.

Well a very vibrant market with loads of stuff available such as electronics, perfumes, clothes, seeds, nuts, foodstuff, mobiles, computers and many more. But all of this comes at a very steep price. The area is riddled with free parking issues and whilst plenty of paid parking available it is a hassle if you work here and spend longer time and it adds to a big amount in a calendar month. And the shop keepers haggling you to sell their items is also a major turndown as not always you have to buy that particular item and this can be overwhelming at times. But a one-stop place for all your shopping and mending needs.

Market has everything if you are traveling back to hometown or for daily needs, we must have negotiation skills, posting pics of what all I purchased at pretty reasonable prices

This is Sharjah's main market, and you'll find almost everything here. There are specific lanes for clothing, abaya, household items, cutlery + crockery, home appliances, spices + dry fruits shops, curtain and upholstery shops, printing and embroidery shops, gold and jewellery shops, 1-to-10 stores, books and stationery shops, etc.
Prices are reasonable and much lesser than Dubai due to intense competition since there are no. of stores in each lane.
The only reason I'm not giving 5-stars is due to the issue of traffic and parking. During weekends and festive season, there'll be heavy traffic in all lanes, and you'll face huge jams. It's also difficult to get the parking spots even when it's paid parking.
