Is it acceptable for people to park in a disabled parking bay when you do not have a badge ? Apparently Day Lewis Pharmacy thinks it's ok. So today I took an elderly lady to the doctors who needs the ramp one of the pharmacy guys moved his car but said he could not use his blue badge for work. But still felt it was ok to park there. I then had a member of the public saying it's ok for them to park there as they were only doing their jobs.

I've collected three prescriptions from here as I now need to take tablets on a regular basis. First time, I was served by someone who spoke very abruptly. I paid and left - that was it. Second time, the pharmacist was brilliant - talked me through how to take the tablets, told me about side effects and asked if I had any questions. Third time - prescription not ready, so they offered to text me when it was. With just one tablet left I went in again - served by another abrupt woman - I asked what tablets were in the bag - she asked what I was expecting to find. I asked if we could check they had the correct mobile number - abruptly told nobody is getting texts as that service isn't working. Some rude, uncaring and basically nasty people working here.

Mark posts earlier here and says he can't understand the bad reviews here - either you've been lucky when you've been in here, or there's a completely different staff here now, or you have low expectations of how you are treated

Great opening times, helpful staff & speedy turnaround. UPDATE....Used to be a 5***** but now a 2** and that is being generous as some of the staff are OK. Stopped going here as fed up with items missing from my prescription, a certain stroppy, moaning, unhelpful staff member & reduced opening times???. So someone has the bright idea to close the Wells pharmacy over the road, which was fantastic BTW, so everyone now has to go to the Day Lewis pharmacy which promptly reduced its opening hours drastically...GENIUS!!!. I have just phoned up to enquire about a flu jab, and was very abruptly told "have none in stock & no one to give them"...yet again, a very unhelpful & stressed out member of staff. Terrible!!!

We all expect to queue nowadays. However queuing 50 minutes to find your prescription ordered four days ago hasn’t made a journey of 10 feet from the doctors to the pharmacy is ridiculous
Come on Lloyd’s sort out your system. It’s not fair on your staff or your customers.

The staff here work so hard to make sure everyone gets help with their prescriptions, make sure you praise them as much as possible for being awesome

I really don't understand why people keep saying horrible things about this Pharmacy. I was with Wells Pharmacy for about 18 to 19 years, I've got to say Anthony and his team was fantastic.

I pick my medication up every 10 to 14 days from the Crewkerne Pharmacy and I've never had any issues I think the staff are friendly and helpful.

I just cannot believe the attitude of some people. I've seen them shouting and slagging the staff off, because they had to wait in the queue and then there medication wasn't ready come on PEOPLE please get a grip and respect these staff were all going through a hard time at the moment.

Covid-19 is an awful virus and these guys are still working putting the lifes in there own hands to supply our medication. So please give them all some respect and be polite.

After looking at your web site I have just been into the pharmacy to pick up my wifes presciption as you were open until 8pm according to your website only to find it shut and on the door it states 6.30pm closing. Perhaps you should update your website to show the correct times to stop wasting peoples time and money.
