disaster!!! i came to buy shampoo or mask, that has a light blue pigment to neutralize yellow blond, any other hair professional will directly understand, what i mean, im not a hairdresser, i dont know the names, i described the effect that i want to have, instead of product i needed young man one of the consultants sold me mask, that paints your hair to completley blue!!!! guy should have told me that is blue color not only neutralizer like a silver shampoo ,when i used that at home my hair turned green, man does not have any idea what is he recommending, im trying to ask them to help me and solve this issue, but only what ive been offered is 35 dirham refund and some chemical, that can wash out my green color, which doubt will work and will cause a lot of damage to my hair. what is his purpose, if he can only carry the boxes, he cannot recommend products and educate costumers, if he claims himself an expert, then he should be responsible for it. no response from the owner either. now i have to pay a lot of money to salon to fix it. im not gonna leave it just like that !!!!
