Took my elderly pooch in for some help as he was barking through the night and me and the hubby had been taking it in turns on the sofa with him. The vet was lovely with him, saw signs of him having a bad back and prescribed him some meds which soothe his back and also have a calming effect…. He now sleeps through the night….and so do we!!! The staff are always lovely, and reception are most helpful, whether on email or phone. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

Had to take my 2 cats for their annual health check and vaccination,s both 15 now. Smudge not to keen very vocal the whole time, max his brother was an absolute brave boy laid on his side for vet Melanie who is fairly new, what a lovely vet, very professional friendly, Passionate about her job, was very gentle with max as he also had a lump on inside of his wrist and we found a cat bite on front and front of paw , he obviously has been in pain and kinda off colour not his usual perky self. Melanie the vet was very thorough with him and he even showed his belly, such a good boy.
Very impressed with her attention and kindness towards max. Have another check up in a week with Melanie The Vet.
Really like White lodge you get the one to one service and are made very welcome by the receptionists. Def recommend 5star*****

Would find it extremely difficult to find a better surgery.

Paul is an absolute diamond, and cared wonderfully for our cat Bilbo during an emergency.

The receptionists are also very professional and friendly.

The vet, which I've managed to forget her name. Explained the surgery, pro/cons and made us feel that they had Bilbos welfare at the forefront. Also, the update on surgery/recover was flawless.

Very pleased we have chosen White Lodge!

This vet practice is awesome. I have an old dog who fell ill. Seen quickly and reassured that hes ok. Srnt home with meds and a dpecial diet for his tummy. Hes doing ok. Thanks White Lodge

After a short wait we were looked after by a very knowledgeable vet. Very pleased receptionists were very helpful.

We took our beloved dog to be put to sleep after months of illness, carefully managed by the vet. Eventually the time came when her back legs went and she became doubly incontinent. We decided to make the most of her last Christmas with us, then took her 3 days later. Paul talked us through the whole procedure, was extremely patient and sympathetic. Afterwards he gave us as much time as we needed to be with her. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Paul, for their respect and courtesy at this difficult time. We then had her privately cremated at Valley pet crematorium, and we now have her ashes back home where she belongs. RIP Nell ❤️x

Always manage to get me in if I need to see vet. Parking ok, vets and nurses are lovely.

My dog had Dental Surgery on Tuesday and they had to help with her breathing whilst she was under anaesthetic. They were absolutely fantastic, kept her for several hours to keep an eye on her.
