Nice place. Great volunteers too! became a volunteer and haven't regretted a single thing. Although the site hasn't got much to do public wise there are plenty plans and ideas that are in the hope of becoming a reality soon! the great thing about this site is the magnetic force to bring steam back to Aberdeen! obviously with lockdown only essential teams are out for the roof work but hopefully it wont be long before we are back up and working again!

P.S ALL PHOTOS WERE TAKEN WITH FULL PPE AND BEFORE LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS.

Interesting railway heritage place with old buildings and a variety of old carriages etc in various states of restoration. Highlight is the turntable where they turn steam engines on excursions to Aberdeen
