Al Saqer Tourism delivered exactly what was promised. All recommendations from our agent were spot on, and communications were excellent, instant and helpful. This was a trip of a lifetime. We have never taken such a luxurious and expensive vacation, and we were hesitant to invest so much in one trip. However, it was worth every single penny.

Driver came to pick me up from storage, seemed to get upset that i was taking a long time to load the car. He just stood there and stared, while other drivers usually help a little or at least don't give an attitude. Got in the car, and he proceeded to have a screaming match on the phone, all the way. It was only about a 10 minute drive, and when he took a wrong turn, he got upset with me for not telling him earlier. You are the driver, you had the full address, and it was a 10 minute drive.....IN YOUR LOCAL AREA!!! ????????

Do NOT use if you want reliability!
No courtesy nor communication!
If you book a cab (the evening/day before) they won’t come! Even if they state they have confirmed it. They do NOT have the courtesy to call or communicate that simply it’s not possible or there has been a mistake. Which would give you time to make other arrangements. No apology nothing, just passing blame to the next person. They are ZERO stars! (Had to add 1, as to write this review.)

The car arrived around 30 minutes late, causing me to resort to Uber. My calls remained unanswered at 3:40am. When the driver finally called back and was reminded of the agreed time, he blamed the office and abruptly ended the call. Unsurprisingly, I am glad to contribute to the poor ratings this company deserves. Also, it's worth noting that Uber offers a more affordable service

We booked a taxi last Saturday for 11.30pm in Reigate and were left stranded with 2 small kids until 12.45pm when a friend came out to pick us up. Would never use this company again after that. Very unprofessional, leaving people stranded when they have been sensible and pre-booked hours in advance.

Use their services for same day short time notice and they've been very professional. My driver was lovely was a very long trip and he was really nice to me saying to don't be worry if I need to sleep as I was so tired! Really recommend it

We have been getting cabs from here for many years, they are normally quite efficient but I would avoid making any bookings for the morning. Every time I’ve needed a cab from them for an early hospital run or school run they are always always late ! Very unreliable ! A driver was 30 minutes late to us this week, we booked the cab 24 hours in advance and live about a 5/10 minute drive away without traffic. Now, if we booked in advance and if they are aware there is traffic in the mornings why would they not organise for a cab to get there on time and leave earlier ??? Watch out !

Fantastic company, competitively prices and really helpful with airport transfers.

We've used them more than uber in the past weeks and have been around the same pricing with a far more generous waiting time

Great taxi service in the Purley to Caterham area. Competitively priced too. Great for anything, from local trips to airport runs.
