The gym is well equipped compared to a lot of ladies' gyms in the area, it is very clean and I am very satisfied with the service provided. Especially trainer Akriti is very helpful in providing guidance for different workouts and I enjoy her Zumba classes, they are filled with great energy. Overall I really like the gym.

Amazing gym ..it is very friendly place for workout, amazing team and very friendly trainers especially Trainer Mahi she is very professional her encouragement
and instructions put confidence in me to start my journey. She provides us great workout methods. Group class is really interesting and good.

Was registered in this gym from some time
Issues were that it was too crowded and there wasn’t much space, trainers weren’t that good. One of the trainers was unfriendly and making me unmotivated. While the main trainer I was working with wasn’t serious and didn’t care much. So I felt very unmotivated to go to the gym and it had an unfriendly atmosphere.

Florida Gym is a great place to workout. They support with individual excercise programs. Noteworthy mention of Ms. Mahi, the gym trainer. She inspires and motivates others consistently and has professional training credentials

Well its located at al Qasmiyah bank street sharjah near by saudi mosque the gym is quite small but lots of machines & trainers/coaches also available at the time they do have free parking available also which is just back side of domino’s pizza building, all you need just ask for the parking slip from gym receptionist and show to the parking guard. Gym timing until 2 am in ramadan

I started training in gym last month.I am very pleased with my progress.There are many amazing personal trainers especially the trainer Mahi .She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.

Mahi is an excellent fitness trainer.She is always on her toes to helpout everyone.She is very knowledgeable in maintaining good healthand fitness.She has helped me alot in my transformation.

It’s good hours and good equipments
But only 3 zumba classes a week is very little and the class is always very crowded because many people like zumba
Please we need more zumba classes
