Had a horrible experience with these people who don't have any consideration for the customers. Can't trust any word they say. I tried to rent out a studio room, they say to come to make the agreement, and on after reaching their office and handing over the documents they say it is booked by some one else.. don't have any ethics in what they do.. was really frustrated with their approach.

This office has great maintenance over my Flat. As I am there Tenant, they always assisted me when ever I had any maintenance needs, for free.
Very Affordable Flats, Spacious Rooms and Excellent Service.

Changed from Redcar hospital pharmacy to here best decision i made the staff in Scott's are fabulous never had any problems always helpful, best chemist by far.

I've been using Scotts for many years & I'm always very impressed with their professionalism & friendliness. I'm housebound after a nearly fatal accidental 40ft fall 14 years ago & my repeat prescription is 8 pages long, so I keep 'em all busy!???? I've never been inside the shop, only outside it, but it must be a lot bigger inside, cos I'm always surprised how many ladies work there - about 20 they've told me! Thanks to you all.????

Waiting and waiting for30 mins to find out my script was dome sat on top.of the counter because the lazy female staff wanted to talk about shoes and tights. Omg need to change pharmacy it's gone down. Hill fast.

Absolutely brilliant service . I changed from another chemist to Scott’s for my regular prescriptions and they were so helpful in ironing out the problems . So glad I changed chemists friendly staff nothing is too much trouble .

My regular chemist claimed that they couldn't get a particular product, and suggested I go back to the doctor to prescribe an alternative, however, Scott Chem came through, they found the item and dispensed it quickly. Great comms over the phone when sorting this out and friendly helpful staff in store.

I’ve been a customer at this Chemist since it was in the old Roseberry Square. All the staff are well trained and willing to help with any problems. As a pensioner I appreciate their delivery service and it’s so fast that it feels like I’ve no sooner ordered my repeat prescription items than they arrive at my home.
