I had submitted application for credit card in last month. An agent got connected through call and said it would take 5 to 7 days to complete process.

Everytime i need an update, i need to call back to him. Before eid he promised that all process is completed and you will get card before eid.
After so many days, when i asked him for update, he arranged a call from someone. That someone said your application is in process so we need to conduct an on-site verification. Which means the other agent was keep lying.
He has no idea about customer service, working in banking and attitude is like a grocery storekeeper.

Then after another week, after even receiving sms and emails about card, i got another call that my is ready just your bank need updated visa and emirates id.

Then after another week when i called, agent said bank delaying.

Then this week i received a call, a gentleman said my card was printed with wrong spelling. Seriously? So we need to reprint it

Finally, I am disappointed with Emirates Islamic Bank, its worse experience i had with any bank in UAE. Seriously your bank is not even at a service level to call yourself a bank. A grocery shop in street better work than you.

I requested for a balance certificate for my account but the staff in al qassimiyah branch are not helpful. Its been 3 days since I applied still I haven't received it. Other banks give it the same day. Very poor and slow service. Muhammad Abubaker

There is four CD Meachins, But Every Sunday All CDM is not working. I don't know Holiday is only for bank or CDM also??

Ugly customer care service..
I applied for opening a bank account. They can't proceed my application even after 15 days and they are saying there is a technical issue with their IT system which they don't know when will resolve.

Had to wait 50 mins for the business accounts department. And in the end they had requested me for nothing. Truly appalling.

Very bad customer service I requested someone Arabic to call me for my mom query yet non Arab person called and I again asked for Arab and they said someone will call and no body called and not to forget if you call they will keep for more than 20 min on the line. Its the very first time for me to contact this bank and its the last time as I will not ever think to deal with such bank.

Could have given 3 or more if they have the proper staffing. Reason why service is slow is due to lack of people. Reason why staff looks serious is because they are just humans who gets tired especially when they don't have enough help. Imagine 7 tellers and only 2 is open. Also for customer service only 2! Thats why yeah get ready for 2 or more hours waiting if you plan to visit this branch.

Tried the crispy shredded chicken, salt and pepper chips and satay sauce - all of which were piping hot and ready in 10 mins to collect. All tasted so delicious!!! Lovely friendly service too. Can’t wait to order it again ????

Food is bang average. Rice, chicken chow mein didn't taste of barely anything and the curry sauce had such a weird taste to it.

I liked it! And I’m quite fussy lol. I ordered through Uber but will order directly from now on as I’m sure Uber inflate the prices of the dishes. Anyways it was good and tasty and average sized portions. We had Sweet n sour chicken crispy shredded beef with rices. All very tasty and tasted very freshly made.

Oriental kitchen - a pleasant trustworthy Chinese with a reward that keeps coming back.

Me and my girlfriend ordered from oriental kitchen and we was pleasantly surprised with the food that we received and the delivery time of the location of the Chinese.

We ordered two chicken chowmeins, extra chips and two curry sauces. The chicken chowmeins are delicious, the chicken was a little bit dry but nothing serious and the sauce was out of this world. The chips were slightly soft and moist but I think that's because of how it was delivered and condensation happened, nothing can be changed about that!

I see a lot of people complaining about the delivery times. When I ordered my food, the website told me it will be estimated 1 hour for arrival, and it arrived 1 hour 5 minutes, which is pretty acceptable and accurate. I think the restaurant was previously 30 minutes and it had taken an hour which is obviously higher than the estimated time. I would recommend ordering through the website and not a delivery service.

Overall, I would rate this Chinese 4/5 due to the chicken being slightly dry and the chips being soft due to condensation.

I can honestly say I'm rather disappointed with the service I have received. Placed a big order on a Saturday night. Was under the impression that Saturdays would busy and when we were told it would be an hour we were happy. I had to call them after 1 1/2 hours to be put on the phone with a delivery driver who did not have a clue what was going on. It took 2 hours for our food. We were offered no discount, no apology, no refund. I can categorically say that I won't be ordering food from here again. It was definitely not worth the wait.

We have bought from here a couple of times but we are not happy with the service today. We ordered from their website and after waiting 2.5hrs for our food, it arrives cold and the order was incorrect. We asked for no EGG in a dish and they still added egg to the order. Refused to correct it and offered 10% off next order which is like 1-2 pound to be honest its actually a pointless offer and to top it off the driver had no change.
