Changed from another provider to EE the transfer was handled with ease and the service was great the young lady sorted everything it didnt take long either I was with orange ! many years ago and only changed to the other provider because they offered better roaming but as EE now offer the same for less it was a no brainer

The most helpful and knowledgable staff, I got my last phone from Wakefield trinity store, the girl who helped me and my partner was great this is time was in served my a young man and he was so in helpful, had to go back today by due to some issues but within 5 mins he had sorted the issue, more that Pontefract did...
These guys earn there money...

Not very helpful at all, been a customer for years and can't help me because my wife didn't have photo ID, absolutely ridiculous. Quick enough to take your money every month but not help you out when we have no phones working between us and they're both on contract from themselves. One been completely their own problem as they blocked the wrong number! Will be back in Monday to resolve!

I believe her name was Laura, cute lady with brown hair helped me with my samsung account. She's lovely.
The managers a bit grumpy but his staff are amazing.

She was amazing (cute too)

Got a new 'phone, met all my requirements and a good price. Helpful staff, clear advice and pretty quick service. Left with new 'phone with most data transferred from original and in full working order.
