The new management of Al Nayeli Real Estate group is terrible. Despite multiple complaints to the building manager, absolutely nothing has been done about the children playing in the common area. It's a menace. Feels like i am living in a slum!!

Lifts system terrible, need to wait atleast 5 min in normal and 15 min in peak hours
This is with new management
They put more lighting just for attraction

Building security guard is irresponsible for his jab. He slapped our delivery boy today badly. Higher management should take action. He is behaving like owner of Al Tayer building.
