We ordered spicy grill chicken… chicken was well cooked and juicy… it’s not so spicy as expected. They gave green chili masala for additional spicy..,. Garlic paste was ok… Hamus was fresh… quick service

Hopeless food and very bad attitude of manager and if u order only tea he will give u a very bad look . He tone to speak is rude as if he is doing a favour on customer. Never to be visited place . Al jazaar cafetaria opposite to carrefour is amazing to be visited n check the pleasing behaviour of waiter in al jaAr u guys are hopeless first learn how to behave with customers on phone and also when they come dine in

Nice waiters/waitresses and kitchen staffs but worst cashier/receptionist ever.
Their Chicken Paratha is the worst I’ve ever had in UAE, tasteless and burnt most of the time. Their fries is sometimes way too small than normal and most times either rewarmed or not probably fried hence a funny taste. And when you complain to them, their whatsapp handler (the cashier/receptionist) always has an excuse to give and puts the blame on you.
It’s all a little better when you eat in (at the cafeteria) over take-home or home delivery meals.
