Booked car from pickup Waverly Station Edinburgh to drop off Carlisle Railway Station. Be warned you have to drop off at depot a few miles away then pay for your own Taxi to get to the Station. Poor service. If you are not there early enough you will miss your train ????????????

Van was clean ish price was great but office reception was very small and a sign saying one customer at a time. I'd been dropped off in good weather so that wasn't a problem but i wouldn't have been too impressed if it had been raining

They took two payments pending from my account instead of refunding the excess amount. They then advised me that despite leaving me 300 miles from home on a walking holiday with a negative bank balance there was nothing they could do. Not good enough

Excellent service from helpful and patient staff. The van we hired was perfect. Returning the van out of hours was also very straightforward. Thank you.

Swift hiring of a car and although it was booked through my company everything met my expectations. I was in the car within 10 minutes of arriving. The vehicle was spotless inside. I returned the car at 8am 7 days later, we did a quick mutual inspection and after signing a form I was again gone within 10 minutes. An invoice was in my inbox within 48hrs. Overall a very pleasant experience

The company provides excellent service though it is necessary for you to walk to the office from the station twenty minutes if on foot.
