The hotel was okay in general. The room was clean and it was relatively easy to get to from the train station. The problem was their AC wasn't working so I can imagine that some people might have had trouble sleeping during the heatwave in June. They had provided a little fan and the windows were open so it wasn't too bad for me and I was able to sleep. Room service was available, sort of, but I opted out of it. For a quick sleep before my flight it was fine for me and quite a good price.

Hotel location is good, not as good at the other Premier Inn directly next to the north terminal, but that’s often reflected in the price! The downside to this location are the rooms and build quality. The rooms and beds are tired and in need of refurbishment, new mattresses and perhaps a lick of paint. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear what next door is discussing, or babies crying! Also if you’re on a lower floor you can hear above when they’re walking around.
Restaurant is good though, and the staff incredibly friendly! More so than the one next to the terminal

Rooms well appointed.
Breakfast really good including freshly fried eggs.
Only slight disappointment was that on late arrival (10pm) there is no food service between 10pm and 11pm whilst they switched from the main kitchen to the night porter. Could have done with a plate of chips after 5 hours delight with Southern Railway

Checked in at 2am - I had booked through the Chase Rewards Portal. The hotel couldn't process my booking for some reason, so I had to pay separately with my card and chase down a points refund on my own (although that's a separate issue).

Additionally, the Wifi was non-existent.

Shuttle seemed to run every 30 minutes or so and cost over $5.00, but the hotel is within pretty easy walking distance of the airport.

10/10 for many reasons: comfortable rooms, easy check in, and AMAZING service at the restaurant for my egg allergy. The menu has each ingredient listed with any allergens indicated which meant I could know 100% if a food was safe for me to eat! Such a breath of fresh air to have an experience like this, plus our stay there was great and very close to the airport for our 7am flight the next day.

Super long corridors but rooms are good quality. Not as close as the other premier inn (weird how there’s two) but walkable with a suitcase each… wouldn’t advise the walk if you’re harder with mobility or have multiple/large suitcases.

Has ample car park spaces too, and a wonderful breakfast selection, all fresh and hot, everything readily available

Staff were lovely and did their best but Oh my word, the Hotel; where do I start?

£25 to park before you even reach Reception, the room was insufferably hot, no mobile signal (despite being within spitting distance of a major international airport) and the Wi-fi is, frankly, laughable. As Premier Inns go, this is a pretty poor one.

Great! The room was clean and check in/out was straightforward.
We had the dinner/breakfast deal and the food was really good. Dinner was a healthy portion and the breakfast arrived really quickly.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location for the airport.
The only thing which was negative is the cost of the parking. £16 a day is really steep and I would never pay it elsewhere! I think it would be fair to reduce this cost for guests, seeing as they're already paying a significant amount for rooms.
