At 6am ????… I’m grateful for any hot drink. What makes this place particularly special is the team. They are super cheerful and serve amazing coffee with a smile ????. Sometimes it’s just those little things that make your day better!

The sausage roll I bought before my flight was one of the best I’ve ever had. The toastie, not so much. Incredible service by the two gentlemen that served me (11/07/23 - 4:15am). I’m keen to visit their other locations now.

Handy spot. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Was able to relax for a few minutes. Was also able to pull out my laptop and do a little work at the table while enjoy9ng my scone and coffee.

Excellent service and the first food place you’ll find once airside and past the main Duty Free shop.
Food is very good and overall not too busy compared with the main eateries.

These people know what good customer service is! And the most important - it looks like they are happy working there. Smiling and polite, uplifting service. The coffee and food were great, thank you!

I make a point of coming here when travelling out of Stansted. The pastries, cakes and tea have all been wonderful. The staff are amazing, in particular the gentleman who greets and converses with customers in their native language. It creates a wonderful and inclusive atmosphere. The world needs more people like you :)

Do you want to have a fantastic and warm experience at London Stansted Airport? Have a coffee at Harris+Hoole and do whatever to be served by Sam. He will talk to you in your language! Whatever that is! I am italian and took me a while to understand he was not. He talks in your language without being even solicited and you can see he enjoys it very much! It’s his way (I asked) to make people feel good! How did he learn? Listening to clients and replying back as he could until he could very well! Wow! Standing ovation Samuel! That is a talent! And you made me start my day with the right right coffee. Thank you! ????????????????????

You must stop here before taking any flight. The bearded frontman barista will serve you with joyful yet sober attitude. Peeps at H+H should give him a pay rise to retain him as much as possible! Well done mate!(in all the languages you know)
