We went to this restaurant by chance, didnt expect very good at first but the food was very nice, mutton mandi and bukhari rice we had, i really suggest it.

Their ice cream was good too.

The best part was their “mango falooda”.

I will try it more if i fond a chance.

Very good arabian restaurant with the original cooking of Mandi and very clean and good quality also not expensive they're very kind over there and very professional and I had a good hospitality and they offer me a mixed salad and soup ???? as a gift from the restaurant and it was really delicious I love it and will visit them again

Visited Sunday morning 12/03/23.
Choice of 5 or 6 pasties with different fillings. Also other savoury things like sausage rolls. We had 2 different ones, both tasty. Selection of cakes / bakery products, all looked appetising.
Nice airy contemporary decor, big windows at back (garden)
Clean loos.
Staff efficient and friendly.
Was getting busy as we left midday.

Homemade sconces with Jam and Cream absolutely sweet and delicious. Interior is modern and stylish whilst feeling warm and inviting. Service was good and friendly, but could be improved.

Prices are very reasonable.

We visited today for some coffee. There is a Costa a few doors away, but decided to go with the smaller local business.
We sat down and decided what type of coffee we were having and I queued up to order.
One of the women was taking orders, the other making drinks. As it came to my turn, the assistant by passed me and served the couple behind me. I waited patiently until she had finished, when she again went further back to another customer.
I asked whether I was invisible to which she said, what do you want?
I said that I thought she was quite rude, but placed the order as there were other people in our party who were waiting.
I took the drinks which weren't really good or hot and we left.
If in hindsight I'd have known, I would have preferred the Costa. I thought giving the smaller business my custom, they would appreciate it, but I wouldn't ever bother again.
Just out of interest, their pasties are around £5 each and they unashamedly cook them from frozen in front of the public. That's not fresh or worth it in my experience.

Stopped for a break during a journey from West Sussex to Cornwall. Never been to Dorchester before but was pleasantly surprised. The Cornish Bakery in Dorchester was one of the nicest I've been to.
Lots of exposed stone walls making it feel warm and inviting. Plenty of spare seats and looked clean. Great friendly staff ????

Excellent little bakery. Lovely coffee and fresh pastries. Excellent relaxing decor. Modern. Covered outdoor seating area. My personal favourite coffee shop in Dorchester. Not sure what the WiFi situation is though, I generally tether.

Great coffee. Staff are friendly and professional, cafe is very clean and well kept. Pasties and cakes all very tasty.

Bought three pasties ,two large and one traditional at great expense. Reheated them in the oven for lunch with a friend. What a load of rubbish. Pasty is about 80% pastry which is tough and inedible. Filling is fair, what there is of it. All in all a bad experience. Try Ginsters pasties at half the price, and you can eat all of it. Even the Rooks visiting my bird table struggled with the crust. Disappointed.

This is good coffee - at least the one I had, I believe Union beans - possibly a dark roast - and this is of course the most important thing isn't it?
So the coffee is on a par with the King's Arms a short distance away ( Mozzo red label dark roast beans with filtered softened water)
Love the quality and comfort of the chairs and interior spacing and of course the amazing decking and terrace out the back.
I think the cakes, pasties are a little overpriced and although havn't tried a cake, did try a pasty and not sure I was overly impressed (but I'm not an expert) - certainly not equal to the Cornish pasty place that previously existed in Antelope Walk and I wouldn't say great value. However, I will give the pasties another go, I just thought it was perhaps too much pastry and not enough filling.
