I've been visiting this saloon for almost a year now, and their service has never wavered.
The staff are so nice and friendly and their service is excellent.
Definitely recommend to everyone out there!

Horrible hair extensions!!!! Waisted money. after 1st wash the hair completely changed and are so disgusting!! All my friends ask me why my hair looks so damaged and dry, but the hair is just 10 days old. When i complained the owner said i have right to complain just first 2-3 days. But first 2-3 days i could not wash my hair so how could i see the real quality of hair? I said i was on surgery and was very sick so i could not complain earlier and she didnt care. Also the hair fall down too much, always when i comb my hair i loose thousands of them and already two pieces fell. Every piece of extension has different weight !! Some are normal and aome are too thin. Avoid this salon and you will not regret your spent money. Check the pictures how the hair looks after 1st wash. This photo, i put oil and made them straight but didnt help at all.

Hair extension service was good but the manger or staff i do not know who she was , was talking in a very rude way while im trying to explain the process and what color would be suitable

Staff well trained and professional in their services, very friendly and a beautiful smile always on their face. Loved the product they use. Definitely will come back. All the best ????????????

I used to visit Alaa salon’s before several times, but unfortunately my last experience was bad as the nail technicians was not listening and carless during the procedure , ridiculous as if i’m unawares and innocent! she cut out the skin as i was bleeding two times and not all the length were the same though !
