Pathetic service they have. I stay in building number 1511 ql majaz there is a AC issue in this building from past 15 days I had completed but till date no one called or responded. Even building security has no idea, and he refuses to talk about maintenance. Shame less management. When u call customer care, they only have one answer. we will follow up. That's all. Worst ever service and flat I have ever seen in UAE. There is no way you can reach anyone for help. My wife is pregnant, and we are staying here helpless for 15 days. Every day, I call customer care and follow up. Nothing is happening. Shameless people.

I don't want to give not even one star for their service, if we are going to take a flat from them , it will take more than 4-5 hours to complete it, and for our renewal ,we just went after 2 days of the contract expiry, they took the late payment for the 2 days. thats our mistake , so that's quiet acceptable .After giving the cheques and all they said come back tomorrow , the next day when we go there by 10 am they said now its not possible you have to come at least by 8 pm to complete it , again, but weekends they were not working, after the weekends they said ,your formalities for renewal is not completed so u have to pay the legal charges also..We already give cheques, renewal charges, municipality charges etc on the first day itself , then why its not finished in the 3 rd day also. Along with that legal charges too. Whats all this , for making the renewal we skipped our job and wasted 3 days for the whole process. more than the rent , we are just paid their charges, fees and fines. Really disappointing. Never go for this company , until if u want to waste your time or money.

Hi Everyone, I would not suggest anyone living in UAE to Rent/Buy a Deyaar property as there maintenance of the buildings are pathetic. Their concerned teams don't reply back till i follow up multiple times and after a 30-45 days the problem is solved. I don't have an option for giving Zero stars that's why giving 1 star rating to the bad service of Deyaar.

From 10 days a complaint was raised regarding non working AC in this heat but no body responded till today we are being burned at our own home bagging them and no response yet i will file a case against this bad service as usual for a mandatory thing the temperature outside is 47 and no one is giving care to come
This is unprofessional unresponsive although nothing is for free as we are paying our rents on time hope maybe someone will bother to do something

if only I could take back the one star I give because they don't even deserve it. Deyaar Sharjah is by far the worst real estate company I've dealt with. the lack of courtesy is apparently their work motto. they are completely dishonest with really poor customer service. Haven't returned yet our security deposit after more than a month since we cleared the apartment. what a rubbish company !!

left the flat 2.5 months and they didn't return the deposit till now!? although if any shortening from tenant, deductions/Charges.

unbelievable, their strict system applies to tenants only. not recommended.

I wish if there is option to rate Zero Star to do it here.
Parking not available unless paid, slow service.
Even though their duty up to 4pm employees stop accepting applications at 3pm. Every application takes long and employees are taking long time in each transaction as sometimes they are busy with other stuff (mobile, chatting etc.) In every visit I need minimum of 2 hours even not busy.
I got my flat and supposed to get the maintenance ready in 7 days before moving to the flat, kitchen cabinets were fixed after 2 weeks even though the kitchen was not in a condition to stay in a flat like that (photo attached. today it is 42 days and not yet all done even we are following up.

Just new update, still I didnt receive my deposit from my previous flat and after one month of waiting for the deposit they called me to say that my signature is not matching and I need to visit them to sign again and after signing will have to wait another 21 day till I get my money.

Absolutely frustrating policy! I had to move to a different emirate and they charged me 3 months rent for early termination. They wouldn't consider even if you inform them 60 days prior! I know no company who has this policy in the UAE!
