I dont like the room , now i check it but i really want this next twoo days to be finished, door in the room , small beds, and playing on the world i book delux they gived to me normal i asked what is the different between normal and delux room : 10 feet. First and last time here.

The most shameless hotel in Sharjah. At any time they can switch off all the hot water in the bathroom and wifi and other services. And ask you to check out from the hotel. And not giving you your full amount of money back. And breakfast is also very poor. Not suitable for normal people.

Bad receptionist. Disrespectful
Can you imagine one key card for two guests
I got a toothache and went to clinic nearby so I could not take the key card coz it is used for the ac and electricity as well as my brother was sleeping after that I said when I come back I will ask the receptionist to give second key card coz we are two guests then the receptionist refused to give and I told her I am guest here , you can check the room number and the ID moreover we got one card how come, so she refused by saying that the policy , I never face like that all the hotels that I went it is two card one for the electricity and one for the door.
When I asked them why, the answer was the policy and went to check the policy nothing mentioned that only one key card . I think hotel is run by management policy not hotel policies. Hopefully the owner see our problem and deal with coz next time won’t come again.

Can be better if they have phones in the rooms

Me and my wife had a very bad experience in this hotel, and there was no A/C, and windows opened, and the hands were broken, there was door in the room we informed thim that the door is open and should be closed they informed us that its closed no need to be closed by key, in the night there was a man from other room he opened the door and entered to our room.
I don't advic anyone one to come to this hotel, staff they are taking like they are not carrying about us they are not professional, I will never book again with this hotel and its not recommended.

And there is no telephone in the room.

Very clean room, good ambience and receptive staff. The room amenities and facilities are good. Simply no fuss hotel that is in Nahda, Sharjah and is value for money. Highly recommended!

Superb ambience and totally we satisfied with hotel. Especially the receptionist Juliet she’s awesome. We will surely choose for next time

Very bad, First, There is NO Telephone, Second, NO Supply of Coffee, sugar, tea, Or spoons. Third, I went outside, Called room service (from reception) came back 2 hours later and NO ONE ENTERED TO CLEAN MY ROOM! there is also stains on the toilets, chairs, bed, and table/s DO NOT COME HERE
