Here I visited last week. This residential building is very good and clean place and for kids also is too good

I vacated the flat almost 2 months ago and handed over the key also. Until now I have not received any positive feedback from their side regarding the refund of my security deposit.
I have been sending several follow up/reminder emails which seem to be in vain. I even tried reaching the office through the phone, but no one answered.

They won't conduct the final inspection in your presence and they will send some exaggerated damage report claiming lot for small repairs.

The building management doesn't even deserve ZERO Star.

once you move out, you will not get your deposited they will hide the inspection report then they will share it after deducting your deposit. i am not recommending this building with such building management and poor maintenance, AC always having an issue and very bad smell will be always in your flat and even if you keep complaining no one will respect and support you, believe me you will pay your money for nothing.

If you are willing to wait 30min+ to get lift to cme out of this building from top floor then this building is for you.

Worst lift service in entire uae, only 3 lift for 28 floor building, no AC in corridor so on summer you will sweat and frustrated while waiting lift and curse the building management.

Worst engineering on entry and exit of car parking of this building.

AC is another disaster here.

This is ok ok building
your experience at start will be good, once you come to see and try to finalize the flat. Everybody in office speak so politely like sugar candy. But once you pay money /cheque. The tone for same person will change. you won’t get proper parking slot, no support in apartment to fix paint, furniture's, toilet etc. because they already got money. now you need to behind them and disappoint yourself.
-big problem AC. AC does not cool enough. it seems equipment used at building are cheap. you switch on AC full day temperature might not go 24 Deg C at all., you try to fix with maintenance. they always come on time and try to do some troubleshooting and had excuses try some days and let us know. but AC never get better.
-AC not working in common area in corridor. In hot summer day if you can go out from home to parking. or vice versa. while you are waiting for lift, as there is no AC working in corridor you will get sweat a lot and your mood will be upset.
-AC in building is split AC type. you will get lot of bills to be paid. circulation fan in kitchen and toilet are low quality and make lot of noise.
-Maintenance in building is not so great. toilet pipes and items iron, if you do not use 1-2 days. the reddish/brownish water come out at first. as it is rusting inside. these are low quality.
-main door, does not close properly. you can hear people outside and outside people can listen you and your Tv easily.
-play area and swimming are not maintaining properly. if something broken in playing area. they don't fix on time. it will go month and years. swimming pool they will clean on Holiday in morning, so you can't swim
-inside parking, there are parking mirrors broken or not available from many years. Building never want to fix this. this is a safety issue.
-there are people in building don't wear mask in lift/elevator. Even there is notice to do so. these include general public, maintenance staff, security and delivery people.
-every weekend at your door, you will be greeted by salesman selling something to you. there is no control over it.
-BM1 have good view to roadside, BM2 view is blocked and have less sun light during day.
-overall, it is good building if you get good rate from builder. however, office claim for fix rent, but i have seen people negotiating rent.

I lived here for a full year, the office staff was very reasonable and very respectful. If we had an issue with any maintenance, they had no problem sending someone up to fix it. They did have pool access, however the pool was always too cold to go into. But it was a nice area.

Building is okay, if you are staying in top floors getting lift is a headache and also when you decide to leave the building, the management would charge hefty maintenance charge, I just stayed for a year that to alone and I got the apartment cleaned while vacating despite of that I was charged AED 800 towards maintenance. And also to get back the security deposit is a nightmare, it took 4 months to get back my security deposit with constant follow ups everytime the back office staff used to say Owner is out of country (but while signing the contract and collecting the payment this issue was not there). In addition to this you will have to personally visit their office to collect the cheque of security of deposit they won't transfer the amount to your account its a painful process to collect the money . Overall not a good experience with BM TOWER and I won't recommend anyone.
