This is the main branch of Aldo in Sahara Center and the other one is Aldo Accessories. This outlet is really huge and has great collection of bags, shoes etc.. The staff were very friendly and really helped me select a bag for my wife

Worst service. The shoes bought on offers damaged within 4 months and the staff not ready to take any action. Worst service ever.i will never buy from this store anymore

Sales personnel over there are more concerned of headcount of customer rather than customer service.There behavior was not good.There was one sale person with tattoo on neck.

I visited today for office shoes and asked for my size number and sales person said OK he will bring then after waiting for 30 minutes I found that he didn't bothered to serve me so I said "thank you for no service" and left. Now never going to visit such bad customer service place as didn't bothered even after my reminder. So disappointing

I bought a belt, and the tag was attached, I asked the guy to remove it and he said he cannot and it will always show, he preferred to refund after I paid. No ambitions in Sales at all.

Amazing experience provided by Mrs Suikum which I never experienced any Aldo shop although I am frequent visitor of Aldo most of the branches,good listening skill, high patience,understanding customer needs,very polite, not pushy for sale.

Mr. Talik he was kind, he explained to me all the features that I will have for Clun Apparel in very kind way. And my sister was have a heavy bag. He carried the bag from her and fit it in a new bag. Very kind and gentle.

Great for simple gifts, decent prices and good service. Although the quality is usually up to standards, however in some items the quality is not as expected.
