Extremely disappointing!

Visited the branch manager to solve some issues related with my account, he was quite unhospitable, rude and unprofessional. Shame on such an establishment such as Arab Bank to have someone in charge with that kind of attitude and far below average customer service competencies....

Visited bank first time to encash a cheque. It was good experience. Only problem is that bank name is written v small, also location on map was not corect. Its in sarh al emarat tower.
