I really had a best bank experience in my life. Excellent. Made my KYC updation so fast and easily. Especially because of one of their staff- Ms. WAFA. Really thankful to you Ms. Wafa. And Mr.Asainar too for giving the information which i required.

Please once you park in the main parking road side go towards right for main entry of the building..

They are friendly and very clean.. They are working very patiently and helpful..
There is a lady Ms. Wafa she is very sweet and helpful.. She try her best to solve your problem.

My account debit was locked without intimacy and I am running to submit re-kyc form for activation.
The staff response in this branch is worst and they are not listening our complaints.

Worst service don't open account with this bank. I am running from top to bottom from last 2 weeks to update Re- KYC details and make my account operative. Further their internet and net banking app is worst and prone to frequent technical problem.Customer service is giving only text book answers without any intention to solve problem.
