Kindly teach your security guy to behave like a kind guy to kids as he was being rude to my kid who is only 14 months and advice him that your shop is baby shop not a adult shop. Will never visit there and would give 0 stars if there was. Hire people who has good attitudes.

Very poor service. The cashier Miracel was not able to assist me. I ask few questions about specific toy, which I chose to purchase. She told she doesn’t know and the person , who is working in that area will come after 3 pm only .So, I didn’t get reply unfortunately and felt like she doesn’t really care about it at all

Horrible customer service and the manager is unknown about anything.

Besides she just hates to refund after returning items.

Online shopping services the worest I order online and no order received for 7days Nd once I call them thy said proply this order will be cancl cz of tech problems Nd once I ask for my Mony thy said in 14days Nd u have to connect th bank whil this cancelation from. them side.. I purchased through of alot online but this th worest for me nd I'm not sure if my money will be back or not.. I'll never I advise
any to buy from them cz them bad services

Very bad customer service, when expressed the product was not good and was unhappy.
Instead of exchanging staff Antohny behaved as if it my mistake,so I left the product money & the receipt with Ravindra supervisors to keep it for the betterment of the brand.
Will never visit and recommend others to be careful after sales service is horrible
