Ms Jean and Mr Adil has really shown a good hospitality . A very good sales man. I came to buy only one watch but with their upselling techniques I bought 4 watches. Really very good. A very friendly and genuine personality.

Almost every day I passed by in this shop and just staring with the watch I like. But today, i didn't expect to buy this time due to out of budget. Finally I decided to buy coz I really like it and the this two lovely sales associate Allauden and Daisy Jane did their very best to convince and gave me a good customer service???? thank you.

I bought a watch last year from this shop and from the same salesman, Kaleem, and was extremely happy with his service and the quality of the watch. It was a gift for my mother and she was really happy with it! This year, I’m getting another nice watch from Kaleem and Basel Shop for a New Year’s Gift for my sister! It’s amazing and it comes with a nice box as well!

I gave 5 stars because the staffs are so helpful. They are very patient and attentive to my needs. Suggestions are perfect, they will offer whichever you can afford and I ended up buying 5 watches, 2 eliz and 3 casio. Thanks for your great service jean and allaudeen.????????????????
