Staff is so rude that they only gave 3 catchup sachets for 2 deals and when I asked more they started misbehaving.
I was with my family and two kids , I felt really embarrassed when they asked many questions for one catchup sachet.

After being asked to speak to the manager, she turned her head back and said, "Manager manager (Krisna) come she's calling him as if to tell him that she just provided me with the best service ever, oh common, Americana, please provide your employees with good customer service before they are onboarded."
As someone who has been to KFC in Europe, New Zealand, India, and Singapore, this was the worst eve experience. I felt like she was attempting to be racist to us.
I shall not return to KFC at City Center Al Wahda Sharjah unless professional staff at the counter.

My 5 stars review is for the manager and the supervisor cause they are working same as small employees during the rush time on iftar
