On a rainy day, all we were craving was some delicious ice cream. And what better place to have it than at, our all-time favorite, Baskin Robbins!
We were a bit disappointed by the lack of flavors yet nonetheless those available were undoubtedly delicious.

We ordered:
1) Brownie Alamode
i) Pralines and Cream
ii) Maui Brownie Madness
2) A kid’s scoop of Very Berry Strawberry

The staff too was friendly. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Staff was extremely slow
Not attending people by there turn
His name was arun very lost person
He need more training insited of leaving him alone in shop, when i ask him my daughter wana taste he just made his face as if i ask him to pay for us

Not a clean place . The ice cream was not fresh . I had a sour throat the next day .

Staff is not paying attention to the order details.. I was served with value scoop in kid’s cone with a excuse that he didn’t hear the order properly !! Bad experience!!

November 15th 2022 i was in Sharjah City center Baskin Robbins . Around 5pm.
Staff name Kumar was in the store I ask him to give me 5 small corn ice cream for my kids he pick broker corn and I ask him to change the corn he said its ok if he give me that I told him don't give me broken corn because the kids will drop the ice cream.
Suddenly he said ok don't talk to much I will change. I said what did you said? He told me again what do you think I am scared of you . I already change the corn stop talking to much. He was very rude at the first place and no manner to speak to his customer. I get very angry left the store with out buying any think. This was my bad experience in Baskin Robbins yesterday evening between 4:45 - 5pm he was the only staff in yhe store I couldn't talk to other team. This is not acceptable I he is not happy with his job he better not work there other wise he shouldn't treat the customer with this manner.

One of the best ice cream in the world, a bit pricey but with entertainer i am getting nice 50% dicount ,the citrus the cotton candy are one of the best things in life,thank you baskin robins ,my family can't pass by it without paying ????,it is heaven on earth

Garlic bread was burnt to a crisp, burger buns were burnt more than the should have, chicken fillet was like eating cardboard & the colslaw was really sour & smelt foul????

Food is disgusting and will not be going back
Pizza was cold and full of grease could use it as a Frisbee it was that flat with a layer of hard cheese on top, donner wrap was cold and full of grease ment to have salad only came with lettuce, donner kebab was that full of grease the brown bag that it came in was dripping
Garlic bread was just burnt bread no smell or taste of garlic could of used it to smash a window and still wouldn't put a dent in the bread

Would not recommend this place to anyone

Finally got our food after 2 and a half hour wait, and after 2 phone calls and when it Finally arrived it was barely warm, our burgers were soggy to the point my daughter couldn't eat it, won't be using or recommending again. A £5 voucher really isn't going to cut

Food arrived with just 2 minutes to spare... a chicken pizza was laced in a deathly amount of cheese and the chicken did a vanishing act somewhere between being prepared and my door.... the garlic bread was so dry it reminded me of sandpaper and was binned. The pepperoni pizza was not nice either.... either they changed supplier of their pepperoni or something... it did not taste right at all. ... this will be my last time going here. Fed up of wasting good money on food to throw it away. ????????????

Ordered on saturday quoted 1 hour for 2 wraps 2 hours later after 3 phone calls it landed both were stone cold and looked like they had been rolling around in the back of a car total waste of money avoid!

Placed the order via food hub and was told at 1 hour of waiting it was going out for delivery now, then after another hour of waiting rang to be told it would be with me in 10-15 mins, half hour later I cancelled the order, still not refunded my money, robbing folk now too. 2 and a half hours I waited for nothing, won’t be returning ever.

Ordered a £20 ordered, waited 45 minutes to then be text messaged
