Had a strange experience. A friend recommended the day trips to me, so I went into the office in Cheltenham, and the ladies in reception gave me the list, which goes up to December. Asking when the next list would be out, they couldn't tell me.

Off I went, had a look and a couple of days later, phoned,sadly, out of office hours, by accident, to see if there was a seat on a trip the following weekend.

Kindly, they phoned me back on the first workday of the week, but naturally, I was too late to book as it was full.

The weirdness came after I was told that as soon as the list comes out it's fully booked up,as people grab them all straight away.

So, no definite answer on when the next list comes out, and oddly booked up straight away?

Can I just say how wonderful our bus service K is since Marchants took over at weekends. It just makes using public transport in Cheltenham even more accessible. The service to Leckhampton still runs to the really late 6.15 pm to catch all those that wish to dine out at the weekend. This late service carries no passengers and the reason is that now they do not accept contactless payments. It's cash only, so we were asked to go to find a bank and a cash point and withdraw cash for the ride. Impossible if you do not carry cards. Also they do not subscribe to the government capped £2 bus scheme. The friendly bus driver even saw a button that added an extra £1 for our dog. That said we walked back and the flagging L service ran empty. I wonder why? It will probably be withdrawn in a few months as nobody is using it. How crazy does the public transport need to be. It's supposed to be accessible to all but anyone under 65 is cut off as they are not equipped to deal with people not carrying hard cash around with them. Get with the programme Marchants.

Please thank your driver who took us to Parliament yesterday 28th April to meet Alex Chalk MP.He was polite very good driver & gave us a smooth comfortable journey .Arrived & left on time.

Planned to get the last bus(!!) back to Leckhampton at 18:15. Despite Rishi capping bus fares at £2, Marchants don't subscribe to this and charge £5.60 for a 10 minute journey, plus an extra £1 for a small dog. Added to this they only take cash so the bus left empty and we had to walk home. Hardly surprising that this pathetic service is rarely used.

We used Marchants to take our cycle club to and from Bristol Airport recently. Marchants provided an excellent service with a clean and tidy coach, great driver and plenty of room for the bike boxes we were also taking with us.

First time using marchants coaches today to the safari park with my son
Was such a great day really enjoyed ourselves ???? as I don’t drive just love the ease of being able to go on trips so deffo will be using again
Thank you to our driver also he was lovely and very helpful

A slightly different review- can’t actually review how they are as a company or what there coaches are like as I’ve never been on one, However what I can say is when they drive along the old Cirencester road (Speed limit varies from 50MPH/60MPH) and you have a Marchants Coach driving 45MPH TOPS! Cars behind sounding their horns and flashing as there’s about 20 cars all waiting to get home and he doesn’t pull in at the various safe spots to do. It doesn’t do wonders for your brand
