It's a very nice place and open 24 hrs. It is the best spot to satisfy late night cravings for ice creams.
Very nice and supportive staff.
A lot of variety of flavours and toppings are available.

Do i really need to give my review to this most loved ice cream brand... The name is enough that attracts customers in number which can't be counted. Seating arrangements at this joint is really good, interior design are well done. Staff are always smiling and welcoming, offering you a quick sample taste for the month of flavour. Parking is ample but paid even on Friday.

voucher and fazaa card dont work in this location, as the staff mention only in this location its not working (its hanging when they used).. i always purchased baskin robin im disappointed that i wasn’t use my voucher or fazaa card in this location( sharjah corniche)

Unfortunately, staff were not the friendliest, nevertheless when I asked for a cup (drink’s cup) to preserve my ice cream as I have a long drive, they refused without even putting any effort to help, really bad and do not recommend, BR has way many better branches than this.

Unprofessional. Lack of customer interaction. Not able to fulfill the expectations of customer choices of ice cream & its toppings/ingredients. Less staff. Lacking concentration. Shows urge in finishing the sales. This outlet definitely needs a revamp to bring back the confidence of the customer.

It's open 24 hours but staff is less as compared to the Size of the shop. The good part is they have nice sitting. Their strawberry cheese cake , basketball nuts is awesome ...then comes mint chocolate with jamoca...

Staff training is very much needed. I see new faces and seriously they cannot communicate nor understand what is the problem. After doing redemption of entertainer, its not my fault whether your system works or not. He is telling that there is something wrong with my phone then accepted that his system was having issues. The icecream melt. Thanks

Disappointed in the employees. They add toppings without asking and charge an extra fees. They try giving you a bigger scoop without you asking for it and add it later to their final price. Very disappointing. Spoiled my ice cream by adding an extra topping without asking me just to scam.
