Used to be the best Pizza Hut 3-4 years ago, now it’s easily the WORST. They need to train the staff hospitality or appoint better ones.

No wonder this place is empty, used to be the most packed place in town.

Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the usual standard that I have come to expect from your establishment.

To begin with, the pizza that I received was almost cold and some of the onions were burnt, which made it almost inedible. Additionally, the delivery man who brought my order was unhelpful and unfriendly. He called me several times to confirm the address and even asked me to come out to meet him because he didn't want to move.

Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food and the service provided. If my kids had not been hungry, I would have returned the order immediately.

I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that these issues are not repeated in the future. I have always been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut and I would hate to have to reconsider my choice of restaurant.

Visited today with my office mates. Though this place is nearby my work place but i never try to explore it out. Today, we did that and we satisfied with their services offered to us. Seating arrangement is for family and other is quite appreciable. Thumbs up to their services and their staff's behavior. They were quick in their services.

Taste of pizza was outstanding. We took LIMA pizza...we were five but still were unable to finish it. Yummy, and delicious pizza. Parking can be a issue but it can be resolved if you can wait for few minutes. I would recommend them.

Horrible experience ???? wanted to have peaceful family dinner but the staff made it like we are unwanted as we ordered ahead from application for "dine in" they asked us to do a pick up and served 2 wrong salad along with different side sauce and the worst was the drinks we ordered for can and she served us pepsi without ice or fizz as if it was kept out for long????... its better to eat at home by ordering rather than dine in here!!

Shift super visor refused to give us table of 6 and instead demanded us to wait for table of 4 to be available. He gave table of 4 to someone before us and told us he still dont have place. Super angry at this supervisor. Been coming here for 15 years and this brat thinks he owns pizza hit and refuses client to occupy available table

Pizza lovers kind attention.. You are in the best place to have the best pizza in town. The best thing I would really highlight is the manner in which the staff behaved like they are so polite and smiling and helpful in getting the right kind of pizza according to our choice. Visited this place on Friday evening where its really running to houseful room. Even in that none of the serving staff make you feel that you need to leave the place coz other are waiting kindly hurry up.... They wait for you to finish up your dinner at our own pace and leave. This is Best thing I really liked about them litterly I saw a long Q of guest waiting for their turn but none of the staff showed that you need to leave. Parking is ample coz it's paid even on Friday.
